Theme proccess FC when trying to change the wallapaper

Hi

I tried to change the lockscreen wallpaper,
I put a wallpaper of my own in the folder and tried to choose it, since there is no option for "other" on the lockscreen wallpapers, only the ones in the folder,
When i selected my image, the process FC,
Also happens for downloaded wallpapars through the "online images" ...

Boot.
Apply new theme.
Boot.
Wipe cache.
install Eng pack.

I'm on N1 - running 1.6.17 (language pack 1b)

Yes, I followed falafel's instructions:

0. Copied miuiandroid_N1-1.6.17.zip, miuiandroid-1.6.17_N1-EN-PACK1b_2.3.4.zip and official_darktheme_miuicom.mtz onto my SD.
1. Flashed miuiandroid_N1-1.6.17.zip
2. Boot
3. Applied dark_theme (official_darktheme_miuicom.mtz)
4. Reboot and flash miuiandroid-1.6.17_N1-EN-PACK1b_2.3.4.zip
5. Boot

No more FCs when applying themes )

Hi,

I'm on a Nexus S running 1.6.17 (language pack 1b)

I tried both deleting the theme data and falafel's instructions but I still get the FCs when applying themes. I tried falafel's instructions multiple times varying the following:

- complete data and dalvik wipe before flashing the language pack
- changing theme elements before applying language pack to verify no FCs

I've posted my error log here [I hope this is the correct log, I'm still new to this]

Even with the FCs some most of the changes seem to still be applied.

it happens when i try to change wallpaper for lockscreen, not the theme.
Using the en pack and latest,
report was submitted, any workaround for lockscreen wallpaper?
