Translation issues after applying the update.zip

Hello everyone.
Till miui 0.11.12 everything was fine regarding desktop translations (Application names in the homescreen) but after .11.19 everything remains in Chinese or english.Does anyone has this problem too? IS there anything else i should change?

P.S Where do i find the tools folder string? I mean the one with the calculator and the other apps.

Sorry forgot to mention.HTC Desire.
Actually i tried to wipe data/factory reset after applying the patch and now everything is as it supposed to be! The only thing that is untranslated is the tools folder and i dont know where to find the string :/
