Hallo, for the first time ik have the Xiaomi.eu. Rom on my redmi 3s. There is al New rom now, how can i update me device instead a New flash via TWRP?
New flash via twrp, it won't cancel your data and apps if you only perform wipe dalvik and cache. Read the instruction on the first page of each realease announcement for details.

TL;DR: Use TWRP!
You should want to use TWRP. It's super easy, safer and you can keep your data.
1. Reboot into TWRP
2. TWRP > Backup (now you're safe)
3. Wipe > Advanced wipe and wipe Dalvik and Cache ONLY
4. Install > Choose .zip > swipe right to install
5. Wipe Dalvik and Cache
6. Reboot
If you're rooted, then you go back into TWRP and install SuperSu.
If something fails, you reboot back into TWRP and Restore.
Always make a backup before you flash and new ROM.
