New Video option on Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro (128/6GB) in Camera working, while other options do work

When I turn on my camera app on my Note 11 Pro, it ll turn on and whill show me the ,,Photo" mode as selected, but if I switch to ,,Video" mode, the app will say ,,Can't connect to camera. App shutting down in 3 seconds, wait a few minutes to open and try again." Every other mode besides the ,,Video" works.

@Kelin If you are using an official Global or China ROM please report your issue to Xiaomi and not here.
