Video stabilization HMNote 7

I have a question, several roms ago, my redmi note 7 doesn't stabilize video using *no-support-for-this-app-on-this-forum* and stock cam, I was waiting the newest roms whit the hope that this get fixed but isn't, is that a .eu problem or what I have to do?
