White Led Flashing For No Reason Or..?

Just got the phone, had it for around 10 days.
3-4 days ago, white pulsin (slowly) led started showing up for no apparent reason.

I don't have ANYTHING set up to blink white, viber, FB messenger and emails notify properly, as do regular text messages and missed calls. After clearing the notification in the pull-down, the LED goes away.

BUT, this is NOT the case with the white led.
I can't make it go away any other way then turning the phone off and back on.

HOWEVER; I have noticed that it goes away after receiving a call (and answering it).
Also, if I turn 3g/wifi internet off after the reboot, the white led doesn't reappear.

I've went application by application through the list of apps that are allowed to notify and turned the
LED notifications off for everything but the apps listed above. Nothing changed.

Any ideas?
It's the 3/64 gig Note 4 with the EU rom.

Alright, the LED notification is coming from the Viber messages.
It lights up, as described, but NEVER shuts off.

Anyone got a solution for this?
I tried 3rd party apps that control the LED (more then a few), nothing works.
I can either disable the LED completely or have it blinking non-stop.

This is obviously a bug with the Viber app, it doesn't happen with anything else.

Well, yes and no.. since then it would be an issue on all phones, and I have multiple android phones here all running the same Viber version and only the Note 4 has the notification issue.

Solution needed, not an elaboration of the problem!
