Why there is HDR ghosting in the Tele lenses of Xiaomi 13 ultra but never in the main lens even though they all use same dol-hdr technology?

I read a lot about how imx858 has dol HDR which is better in reducing ghosting but even a tiny movement has ghosting on the Tele lenses. But the main lens has no such issue no matter how heavy a movement is. Has anyone noticed it also?
