Xiaomi 13 Pro from China need to convert to EU?

Please help - while staying in China purchased brand new 13 Pro and enjoyed it much. However back in europe encountered issue with blockage of WhatsUp Telegram YouTube and etc. Question is- can I convert safely my device to International (EU) or if not how to use those services. Thank you, brother / sister in advance.

Of course, you can convert it to xiaomi.eu rom, previously opening bootloader.

I have a Xiaomi 12S Pro, originally purchased in China, and with the same issues as yours, and I swaped the rom with the suitable from xiaomi.eu, and right now, I enjoy a lot the phone, as I purchased it in Europe.
