Xiaomi 13 ultra cn version global rom. Update to hyper os or eu rom. Please help!

Hi everyone, I'm sorry for bothering you.

I purchased a xiaomi 13 ultra cn version secondhand yesterday and it's currently running a global rom. The previous owner said it was shipped running this rom. I believe it's 14.0.5

The bootloader is unlocked.

I have no preference between hyper os or any other rom, I just want something more up to date than what it's currently running. I'm not experienced doing this so I am hoping someone will be willing to help me with a complete step by step walk through. I do know that I must not re lock the bootloader or it will be bricked and I will have to pay someone to get it fixed if that happens so I really want to avoid that.

Do you suggest I install via method 1 or 2? I'm hoping I can do this without too much issue.
