Xiaomi Mop Essential (Mijia G1) don't stop carpet boost.

Hi!

I have 2 years old Mop Essential.
For the past 2 weeks it has been randomly turning on the carpet boost and not turning it off even though it is not working on carpet. Also in the application it cannot be manually switched to "Normal".

How does it detect that it is running on carpet? Which sensor should be cleaned or replaced?
Maybe checking the torque of the brushes?
Does anyone know about this problem?
