Guys this is the very first version of awesome desktop design. Let's give them some time to iron out the bugs. Its more like you are testing preview :)

I think i have a solution to the whole "Application is not installed on your phone" issue. I think (and I could be wrong), that its because the SGS2 and 3 dont use the standard MIUI camera and FM radio. I downloaded the MIUI Theme editor and opened up this theme and the solution seems to be as simple as just updating the component to launch.

For example:
The FM radio's _content tag has the following value:
Code:
#Intent;action=android.intent.action.MAIN;category=android.intent.category.LAUNCHER;launchFlags=0x10200000;component=com.miui.fmradio/.FMRadioMain;end|

I reckon that if we knew the package names for the missing apps, I could edit the theme and see if that works. Any takers?

If you press and hold on the launcher there is an area under the baseball bat that you can add an application to. And you can add as many apps as you want creating a folder for all your apps.

Works like a charm... Smooth as silk.... only Google Play and Camera are not opening.... Such a wonderful theme... Keep pouring in the luxury called MIUI

Success! So I got the FM Radio Application to work. I'm probably not allowed to upload an edited version though right? (mods, some clarification please?)

But if anyone does want to know how to edit it themselves to get everything working, I would be more than happy to help out

Great one! Thanks

But can't understand how to edit widgets. How to set up weather? But that's a great and winning idea!

Same "Application not installed" issues with:
- Maps
- Camera
- Radio
- Google Play (i guess)

and... no information about the weather...

Theme works awesome, thanks for sharing. Only question is, how do I get the weather to work? The only ones that say application not installed is the bag on the far left and the map.

Weather is currently only supported in China.

Thanks, do you know how to add toggles to the power wall panel in the upper right as shown in the example in op?

Good work :)
tested it with my samsung galaxy nexus, and liked it
but the weather is not working,
and there are some apps not opening from the desktop:
- Market
- Radio (don't know if it exists with my device)
and may be some other icons which they do nothing when i click on it
also, i can't put lot of widgets, there are just few

What would be a cool addition if possible would be with the weather, it would show outside the window what is current weather

I can't find the video that is mentioned. Can someone please direct me to link?

the date is in the wrong format, should it not be dd/mm/yy?

With a ROM that is used in over 100 different countries we really can't agree on a universal date format. We use the Europe day format

EEEE/dd/mm
