I assume you might not have right rom or os. As far as I know PMT error is fixable with correct rom. First try flashing without Preloader. If it didn't work, then you can try formating your device. Format whole flash and then try flashing the whole file. Hope it will work.
 
hi my phone is stack when i open it because i instal xpose and now does not open after logo
i try this method but can not conect the phone to pc because the usb debug mode was not enabled before the phone stack an now can not enable it because it does not open
any help plz what i could do?

Please help me.. I have exact the same problem... The yellow bar stucks immediately after start and then I get the 4008 Brom Error... Could it be that my nand flash is defect?? Or is it any other problem??
I got the phone today and couldn't paste big files into its memory.. Just small ones... Then I decided to change firmware which cause bootloop and now I can;t do anything...

Any information is welcomed!! thank you a lot
 
for those its still not working, try to use latest version of SP flash tool and select option "format and download" it will work..

problem solved, necessary that the battery was almost fully charged

P.S. I have to flash a phone with a non-native batteries, it was sp difficult.
