Just a question about the update procedure.
In which step did you performed the factory restore/complete reset?
 
Has the FC bugs been fixed? My Mi2 just started upgrading OTA, I'm not sure if I should stop the process or not... Also has there been any effort in bringing the v5 browser functions to v6? IMHO the most serious downfall of v6 is the crappy browser.

What kind of FC do you think? The MIUI File Explorer FC has already fixed. The ROMs have been rebuilt and reuploaded yesterday. Otherwise this bug has not existed with Hungarian system lang even before Ingbrzy rebuilt all ROMs. Thanks to Vagyula :)
With most of the other languages have had this bug before.
I have updated the ROM on Friday, I haven't had any issue yet. Have a nice update ;)

I have tried to firstly flashing the phone with MiFlash using with a stock rom for Mi3. I followed the procedures from here: www.technobuzz.net/flash-miui-bricked-mi-3-mi-4-fastboot-mode/

I flashed ALL data (incl sd card data). I then installed the latest MIUI CRANCO V6 rom at that time via recovery mode to system 1. Then rebooted phone to system 1 with latest rom. Everything seemed fine but i still get random reboots from the phone, usually after the phone has been locked for a while. I've read this may have something to do with the cpu going into deep sleep.

try to flash the same in sys 2
 
Hello, i have the new Redmi 2 but the ROM isn´t here this week. Will you upload the file or Wait for the next weekly rom?
 
Hello everyone, I noticed on entering mi3 the anti-disturbance programmed (from 23:30 All3 7:30) the cell has an abnormal consumption of the battery if it remained in the background as a service. If you restart the terminal everything back to normal until the new inclusion of anti-jamming.
Some solution ?????
 
I flashed this from Linux using the flash_all.sh script in the download. The info screen says it is miui version 5.1.30. I also tried booting from system1, but that brings me back to the initial version I downloaded.
Then I updated it using the mi updater app.
But I can only see Chinese (two versions) and English as options, no play store or anything. I can't even access my backups to restore stuff.
Plus I also get the explorer crash, which was supposed to have been updated.
What did I do wrong?
 
OK. I found it. Might just get this done before my lunch time is over (wouldn't want it to become lynch time ;-)
I missed the link to the actual multi language pack. I thought the updater would pick it up by itself. Now I get it.
 
I can assure I did already sin e months and there's no wake lock. If I close all connections except the line (so everything but no airplane mode) percentage going down 2 percent every 8 hours. If I put airplane is a disaster. A lot of people have this problem...
