ROM for xiaomi.eu translates team miui.su. But I wrote them and here, that get the ROM with high-quality translation.
 
3 times put the firmware on the device, 3 times withdrew money for SMS in the UK. Now just noticed. What is it?

Internation SMS is sent for SIM card Xiaomi account activation... with every factory reset / wipe data is sent new SMS... popup window should inform you..

mi2s/ cwm 6.0.5.1/ tdb enabled/ miui Italy 4.5.12 sys 1/ sMiui 5.1.30 sys 2
my question is: may I flash the last 5.1.30 whit miflash or I have to flash before a fastboot stock rom?
and after this cwm still stay?

Officially first you have to flash fastboot ROM package via MiFlash, and next you have to flash this ROM via updater app or via MiRecovery. CWM will be disappear.
But as I know CWM 6.0.5.1 version is already compatible with MIUI6, so try to flash this ROM via CWM recovery and make full vipe before and after flash this ROM. Give it a try before use MiFlash.

Downloaded MiFlash and Fastboot ROM from en.miui.com, and flashed via MiFlash to my Mi2S32GB.
Explorer App was FCing, so I couldn't use Updater app to put on Xiaomi.EU MultiLang.
I've used MiRecovery for getting the Xiaomi.EU MultiLang finally.

This version is amazing (as I've just switched from V5), the speed is very smooth, and the uptime is great. I love the design, I even love the camera app as the colors more natural and the focus is better - I don't need the advanced mode with the settings, I have a real camera for that.

Only error experienced: Dolby setting in audio menu FCing the Settings app out.
Could you please check?

I need at least your rom with the English and the French

There isn't fastboot version from xiaomi. eu releases. Why is the fastboot package from en.miui.com no good for you? You can install xiaomi.eu ROM release over it!
