Good morning guys, i succesfully unlocked my bootloader, installed TWRP, and installed the xiaomi.eu multilang rom... But i have found this one in the tutorial i used...
xiaomi.eu_multi_hennessy_6.1.29_v7-5.0

It's fully working and i have already reinstalled my app, enjoing the builded in google apps, but how can i upgrade my rom now??
As i see in the homepage there is a new 6.6.23... My 6.1.29 looks very old! When i go to the updater ap on my phone, it says the system is updated.... What can i do? Suggestion? Any tips?
Thanks, and sorry, i'm pretty noobs about xiaomi modding!

Hello!
For upgrade you need to use TWRP. Now I can see that 6.1.29 is really old and you need to upgrade.

(May 27,2016) - Last MIUI 7 dev rom 6.5.26: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24566454284190376

(Jun 23, 2016) - Last MIUI 8 dev rom 6.6.23: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24591000424942073

I don't recommend to install MIUI 8 yet, because there are few bugs and need fixes. You can install MIUI 8, but you need to know that you can find some bugs.

Or, you can install the last MIUI 7, in the meantime you wait for better MIUI 8 rom.

If you upgrade to MIUI 8, make a backup in TWRP before upgrading!!!

YOUR CHOICE! GOOD LUCK! :)

IF YOU NEED SOMETHING ELSE, JUST ASK!

Just as information... I used a normal TWRP version by Cloud i found on a web guide (2.8.7.0 by cloud version), on this forum i see, someone suggest to use a custom patched TWRP Cloud version...
I need to change my TWRP? I can just drag on my phone the new rom file, factory reset and flash the new version of the rom?
Thank you,
Petar

The important thing is that you use TWRP that supports Redmi Note 3 (link below if you want change).
As I told you, if you want to stay with MIUI 7 you don't have to wipe nothing. Just put the rom on your phone and install it via TWRP.
If you want to upgrade to MIUI 8 you might need wipe all data in case of issues, but you can try without wiping before (make backup in TWRP before installing 8).

TWRP (hennessy) for RN3- https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24421527759888159

Hola! I don't speak Spanish, but google translate did its work.
For Redmi Note 3 (hennessy) you can download last MIUI 7 stable rom (link below). MIUI 8 stable is not available yet, but will soon (approx. 16 August).

Last MIUI 7.3 "stable" rom: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24533103863139910

Install rom via TWRP!

MIUI 7.5 "stable" will come out soon with some MIUI 8 features.

Hello guys.

Yesterday I bought a Redmi Note 3 with xiaomi.eu 7.2.3.0 aka LHNCNDA. I think this room is a little bit old, because there is 7.3 version from xiaomi.eu.

My question is about how to upgrade to this room, can I upgrade via SP flash tool without unlock the bootloader?

Thanks in advance.

Hello!

Firstly you have to unlock your bootloader (it just takes approx. 10-12 days) and then you can install xiaomi.eu rom.
You can try install last eu rom via updater app if you don't have TWRP installed, but I think you have to unlock bootloader before.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Yes, I tried to install via updater but it is not possible. Bootloader is lock.
Can I unlock the bootloder from my miui.eu 7.2 version? Or I need to flash a developer room from the guide in this forum?

You've to flash dev rom.

Can you link me any good guide to flash a developer room sir?

Thanks in advance.
I don't remember exactly if you need to change rom now. I mean, firstly you have to apply for unlocking permission (which takes 10-12 days usually). And after you get a message from xiaomi, you have to go to dev rom and unlock your bootloader.
So I mean that you don't have to change from stable to dev NOW.
