A possible solution for this is flashing superSU zip after flash the ROM and use TWRP Cofface. Then finish flashing SU, reboot device. Talking about kenzo.

I can't download previous ROM to test.

I have two RN2's (newer & older) for the newer it works but not for the older one.

Kindly re upload the 6.9.9 ROM for HMnote3 Pro ( Kenzo), Now it looks like Majority of the users are not having any issues, just few of them are are having issue as they did not do clean flash or they have migrated from Lollipop to Marshmallow ( the issues are inevitable if clean flash not done) So kindly reupload the ROM for Kenzo before going out with your family.

After uploading Google Now on Tap no longer works. It shows as being on in the Google Settings, but long pressing the home button just brings up regular Google Now. Any ideas?

Did you enable now on tap from inside the google app setting?

i flashed using official twrp, everything work like a charm. but bootloader relock again.

This will happen when you upgrade from LP MIUI to MM MIUI
Thus a clean flash is recommended and also perhaps flashing official MIUI 8 mm which relocks bl ,then unlock bl and flash this ROM
I have flashed this ROM after being upgraded to mm MIUI and I didn't relock my bl
It only relocks after you upgrade to mm the first time

Also those who are facing the issues should first flash he global beta 6.9.9 ROM ,unlock the bootloader and then flash this ROM

@ingbrzy: I think, brick is related with method of upgrading. Through TWRP, it is OK, but through Updater app people might have problems. It is upgrade from 5.1.1 to 6.0.1 and I would not use Updater app to this.

Correct me if I am wrong, but when you update using the updater, it flash the rom with TWRP.

Friend,there's enthusiasm and then there's desperation. Here I am just asking reviews/opinions of others who have flashed the Rom.I am just a silent observer,who express "Thanks" by liking the post here and on Xda forum. Its good to see that you are finally being patient. I do not wish to engage in a rant with you,as these tech forums are probably the last places in internet that are clean and we should intend to keep it that way. Hope you enjoy your marshmallow update.I recommend try the global beta once..seeing some good reviews there.You can always come back to eu.

Like Admin said kenzo link has been removed beacose of issues in rom and installation, so please anybody that have downloaded it, wait for update, and make full backup in TWRP, use Official 3.0.2.2, it have all new backup features including important boot.img EFS backup

I just receve update , via wirles connection. No problems with boot, no problems with unlocking phone. looks like everything work great. Only I need to update google play service. MIUI 8 Global 6.9.9 Beta Android version 6.0.1

Has anyone tried to use Google now on tap? I think I have read, Now on tap needs a version of gapps above pico. I have always flashed nano or micro on my other devices and now on tap worked there. I am not sure which variant of gapps is included in eu rom. Those who have already downloaded the rom and if you're not getting now on tap,can you please flash nano or micro or anything above pico opengapps and report back?
