Hello,

Currently I'm in global stable 8.1.2. (official) on my Mi5

I want to switch to Eu rom but I do not understand how to do it properly.
Please suggest me a stable EU Rom for mi5 and how to install it, TWRP and some people have recommended to install the latest version of SuperSu too.

Have you searched the forums for your answer? Im sure this has been asked before & if not then maybe it's best to ask this in the Mi5 forum under your own topic.

Remote Assistant is useless for us in current condition because it works between china phone numbers only. Maybe later will be global version of it...

in outcoming call, dial signal doesn't work at all (4G VoLTE), 3G works tho

I don't see one with great battery in six months..
The last ones good were with miui7 that probably were also lighter than 8.

thanks for made this rom
but i have some problem
i use MIMIX in korea
we use VoLTE CH. BAND5
allmost MIMIX user can not call more than 1min 33sec
when we use voice call. it hang up automatic
and we can not use touch in TWRP
its working but can not touch anything
i checked from our XIAOMI forum

I'm not sure if this has been reported but on mi5s plus, dual camera or stereo mode doesn't work. It's possible to take a picture but once you look at the picture and press stereo mode for edit, the app goes back to the gallery picture just taken. A bug or is it only my device?

Not rooted or anything modified just a weekly update.

Just installed 7.1.19 on redmi note3 pro.
It could boot normally, but flashing SuperSU caused bootloop!
I tried SuperSU 2.76 or 2.79-SR3, all boot looping...
Can anyone help?

Have you previously flashed "Systemless xposed"(prior to v87) or used "suhide" on your device?
Both result in your device failure to boot.

Due to security patches in 7.1.5 or later only Xposed v87 can be used and "suhide" is out dated.

You should use latest SU 2.79 And then it will be fine

SU 2.79-SR3 is newer than 2.79!

Tested ROMs: 6.12.22, 6.12.29, 7.1.12, 7.1.19, on ALL these ROMs on Redmi 4 pro.

Whatsapp default internal notification sound is crackling and as far as I read everywhere, this is a common problem on every Redmi 4 pro with various sounds and music.

Furthermore there is a gallery issue on all the mentioned roms:
If I put 1000 pictures (for example) on microSD every time I open the gallery I see ALWAYS the wrong number of pictures (one time 384, the other time 520 and so on).
I tried deleting gallery cache without any improvement.

I've seen already some posts about that, so just confirm problem with autorotation in some apps (so far observed in Facebook and WhatsApp). Screen rotates itself to horizontal view, the only way to go back is to shut the app.

Hi,
I have the MIUI 8.2 6.12.19 (dev) on my MI5s, I always used the updater app to update these version. But this time, after decrypting the update file, when I reboot, it opens the TWRP menu. Can I just click on install and select the file and then reboot as it is said in the first post, or I have to do anything else?
Will I lose the data on the phone?

Don`t know about talkback but GPS is very good, fix within 2-3sec
