Hello, "MD5 sum doesn't match" = Downloaded ROM file is corrupted.I got the latest mi 11 ultra update 12.5.10
But the updater keeps telling me that MD5 sum doesn't match and I can't install it.
Can someone explain me what the MD5 is and how can I install it ?
It's up to Xiaomi to include a more recent/latest Android security patch level in their ROMs. Xiaomi.eu devs can't do that. The Security Update on 12.5.1.0 for MI8 is stuck on 2020-12-01 even though the ROM was uploaded to sourceforge on 2021-06-23.
When can one expect a Security Update?
I don't know how you can force a MBN profile in the latest Stable ROM for your device but I know you can do that on Weekly ROMs.After upgrading from stable 12.0 to stable 12.5, the modem config shortcut is missing and I no longer have VoWifi on my K20 Pro.
*#*#663368378#*#* doesn't do anything.
Trying to open modem test tools from CIT prompts me with the error "no modem config found".
How can I force mbn profiles like I did earlier on Android 10 builds?
HI I had problem same as you, I tried a lots of way and didn't get fixed , because it stock on Fastboot LOGO and it must to flash with someone has Authorized account from Xiaomi
After 4 months try and do nothing, I found a guy called @*spam*paid*service* in telegram , he take money from PayPal will flash your phone with TeamViewer app wirelessly

VoWifi option disappeared -or- option is on but it doesn't work?
VoWifi option disappeared: *#*#869434#*#*
VoWifi doesn't work: Try to wait a few days.
If you have Magisk (root), you can also try to install this Magisk module => voenabler-v1.8.zip
If it's missing, then it simply was not implemented. It's not just this APK that enables the functionallity. There's a framework, a library and a native hook service behind it.VoLTE and Vowifi options are present but the MBN is not matched, I was selecting another operator using the Modem Config activity shortcut and worked just fine, the issue on the current stable is the missing Modem Config apk in the ROM.

Hello,Hi, I'm currently using custom AOSP ROM (A10) and I want to switch back to MIUI 12.
My unit is POCO X3 Surya, how can I flash this? I already had TWRP installed.
Are these steps correct?
-Save MIUI file to SD Card
-Boot to TWRP
-Format Data
-Flash MIUI
-Clear Cache
-Reboot
Hello,
Easiest steps are:
-Save MIUI file to SD Card -or- to internal storage if you can access it via TWRP
- Boot to TWRP
- Flash ROM first
- Format Data after
- Reboot
Yes.So basically after I boot to TWRP I flash directly the MIUI without formatting the data first?
One more thing, is this way safer flashing MIUI via TWRP rather than via fastboot method?Yes.
