Issue/Bug Report on Poco F3:

Since updating to MIUI14 I have seen many complaints that Google Pay is not working. On my Poco F3 everything continued to work flawless.
However after Weekly 23.1.3 the NFC payments are working on approximately 1/3 of attempts. It almost always fail!
I've checked all settings as #406 and it's not reliable anymore. Perhaps some change in Android 13's SafetyNet is the source of the problem.
Please check,

NOTE: I didn't root my device

EDITED: One more input. During payment the NFC Contactless process runs smoothly, but when requesting payment authorization, the authentication fails. Could the Name & Model change from Poco F3, Model M2012K11AG to Redmi K40, Model M2012K11AC in the MIUI.eu has something to do with this issue? (annex)
Try removing all cloned apps. I had a similar problem with this release of MIUI. It helped. After this change I have no more problems.

Weekly.eu 14 => Weekly.eu 14 - Format not mandatory

Weekly.eu 13 => Weekly.eu 14 - Format not mandatory, but recommended

Stable.eu 13/14 => Weekly.eu 14 - Format mandatory

Stable by Xiaomi 12/13/14 => Weekly.eu 14 - Format mandatory

.Dev by Xiaomi (CN) => Weekly.eu 14 - Format mandatory

It's recommended to use the new TWRP v6.7 A13 by SKKK for Poco F3 (alioth)
On every UPGRADE (stable to weekly, older weekly to newer weekly, older stable to newer stable) Format is NOT NECESSARY.

Some words in the settings, wlan and gallery are not translated into Turkish. It's not really a big deal but I wanted to let you know.

The problem is not the cloned apps themselves, the problem is the cloned app accounts that can exist even if you don't have a cloned app.
Check it out.
Dude, I noticed that the play store and Google services applications are self-colonizing. It only appears in the security boost section

Hi all,
i have problem to install new MUI Version. When i try OTA Update the phone reboots to the recovery from MUI and i can just "reboot System". No Update installed. When i try to flash TWRP, i get error "no such partition".
When i boot to TWRP and try to install, i have no access to internal storage.

The other updates i installed trough fastboot with the .bat / .cmd file, but this is not included here.

Can anybody help me for my Poco F3?

After the fastboot boot twrp.img command, twrp will be installed and the phone will boot in twrp mode, you will need to enter the pin code of the device. Then put the twrp file on the phone and click the install recovery ramdisk from the advanced section and flash the twrp. Then restart twrp and flash the rom

Hey, I've been enjoying this ROM on my Poco F3. Thanks, guys.
I have a suggestion. It would be nice if developers consider putting a little bit of padding between the clock and the privacy guard icon in the status bar. They are glued together.

A weird issue I encountered just attaching files to this post. The camera app appears twice in the app selection pop up when I press attach files button here.

Yes its not necessary but in my case on Poco F3 from Stable to Weekly (miui 13 --> miui 14) was buggy and couldnt work widgets and themes. So i did format.

Did the shortcut to take screenshots change with MIUI 14 or is it broken? I cannot take screenshots with the usual "volume down + power" shortcut on my Poco F3 after updating. I did not check on previous build so I do not know if it worked on it, but it definitely worked on Android 12 builds.

Power+volume down shortcut works fine on my f3

This feature is still available on my Poco F3.
You can use the following options to take a screenshot: Settings - additional settings - gesture shotcuts
1- Tapping the back 2x
2- Tapping the back 3x
3- Swipe three fingers across the display
4- Button in Control Center
5- Simultaneous pressing of power + volume down buttons

Your first mistake is using "Minimal ADB and Fastboot" when the guide clearly says to never use outdated fastboot tool, and a link to latest is right there.
How to install the newest version of fastboot? How to run it in order to write the commands?

Thank you!
Is it by design that the previously selected option got disabled on upgrade to A13?

p.s. I noticed that the double tap to wake feature was also disabled and I had to re-enable it

After a few days, I'm experiencing higher idle battery drain (Android System) vs 2 previous MIUI 14 weekly updates. On Mi 11 Ultra

Dude download the latest platform tools and extract it to the folder. Then put the twrp.img file in it. Click on the file path and type the cmd command. Type: fastboot devices
then type: fastboot boot twrp.img

Yeah man, I'm noticing too. Actually it's the same as before in battery saver mode but there is a battery drain issue in normal mode
