Might be a dumb point, but you need a reboot after doing this via adb.
I use mostly all messengers on a daily basis, but the most delayed to me was the non messenger youtube app

i just tried again and it didnt work unfortunately , can you test with whatsapp when using wifi? turn off the screen and send yourself a message after about 20 seconds... might need to do it 2-3 times if it wasnt delayed on the first try... also disconnect any charger and turn off mobile data to be sure...

I don't find Whatsapp a good example, because it had its delays on other phones with other OS's as well.
Last things i can remember is to make sure the app is locked in ram, no battery saving options, autostart and permissions for pop up display on.
There was an old trick on older android versions to disable 'doze' via adb shell, but this was not a permanent effect (reboot would reset it).
Anyhow, I have been monitoring my wpp notifications, and they seem to be on point either with wifi or mobile:emoji_confounded:

*edit*
You also need to have these permissions set for the Google apps, specially the 'Google' and the 'Play Store'.
I read somewhere before that they have some influence on notifications as well

But according to your gif, which just loaded to me now, you're not having a system delay, you are having a server delay.
A system delay is when you only get the notifications when you unlock your phone.
If you receive them with phone locked, but theres a delay of arrival, i'm not sure if there is anything you can do, as far as i know it's on the server side.

it can also take 1-3 minutes give or take but if ill turn on the screen ill receive the notification instantly

For what it's worth, I use XiaomiADBFastbootTools to debloat, and I couldn't find com.miui.notification, but there was another that I've read is related that was there: com.miui.powerkeeper. After uninstalling that, my phone went into a boot-loop and I had to do a factory reset and start over. So I don't recommend uninstalling that. :)

I use Universal Android Debloater.
I had no troubles so far with powerkeeper. The apps stay open for longer, but yes i heard cases of bootloops.
I am on A12 tho.
Basically Powerkeeper works for battery saving settings and restrictions.
And com.notifications, well for notifications

About notifications, on 14 and poco x3 pro there are no push notifications on mi home app
Is a bug! Anyone know a solution for this?

Hello. Today I try to install onto my Mi10TPro the V14.0.5.0.SJDCNXM with twrp-3.6.2_12-v6.3_A12-apollo-skkk but it was done very quick and after installation I got the error all my partitions are unmounted and there is no system on the Phone, I Install back the latest V13.0.7.0.SJDCNXM and now I can use my phone again. Is it possible a twrp issue or what can I try or do?

Just ignore mount errors and no system warning and reboot. It will work.

Hi guys, I think I managed to fix the bootloop issue. My Xiaomi 13 has been turned off for 7 hours and there is no bootloop upon restart. Here is what I did differently. I flashed TWRP on both ab slots and used it to flash the xiaomi.eu zip instead of using fastboot method. If you faced the same issue as mine, you can try this out. Thanks Xiaomi.eu team for the rom!

Hello,
I have Xiaomi mi 11 ultra, with Android version 12 SKQ1.211006.001.
Which version of MIUI 14 should I download and how do I install and which version of TWRP do I need? is there any tutorial with a video to see before I proceed? Does my PC need something else to be installed beforehand?

If your device runs over Android 12, you need TWRP for A12, look here and choose the "A12 star" version

Then go to this link and follow instructions:

Installed 14.0.22 on my 13 pro.. Wired charging is now shaky.. When I move the phone a little charging stops and starts..

Wireless charging still capped at 30w..

Does anyone else have this issue

Installed on my 12S Ultra last night which was on Miui 13 stable before. Works perfectly! Somehow the phone feels more smooth than 13. Great work! team~
I put my xiaomi 12S Ultra on fastboot and connected it to the laptop, start the updater but just stays on waiting for device, can someone give me a hand?
I do hear the notification sound of a device connecting.

You can do any of these things:
-Check or reinstall ADB drivers in PC
-Change USB cable (original one if possible)
-Change USB port (2.0 and 3.0 better than 3.1)
