Hello everyone, I've installed a new update on my Mi 11 Ultra Star.
First of all, I want to thank everyone who's doing this great work. The ROM is running well so far. Here are a few minor bugs:
1. Advanced textures aren't working properly.
2. Battery drains quickly.
3. Too few launcher layout options.
Other than that, I haven't tested much yet.

My main problem in mi11 ultra is the fact that rear screen stuck always on. No settings will turn it off.

However, I successfully rooted the device using fastboot , and fastboot devices lists my device correctly, suggesting no problems with USB or drivers. I've tried different USB cables, ports, and reinstalled ADB/fastboot drivers, but the issue remains. I'm using the latest EU ROM available for Xiaomi 14. Could this be related to the ROM or the flash script for this model? Please let me know if you need more details or logs. Thank you

Rooted? You flashed a custom recovery... But just boot to TWRP and flash the ROM from there.

In short, I'm on HyperTN rom but want to go back to EU rom, when I choose to flash rom + format in the latest EU rom file, it tells me "waiting the device", I think it might be because of the EU rom file, because the team deleted the old versions I used before so I didn't try to see if it was me, in the old version I flashed normally, I am using xiaomi 14(houji)

Like it said, it's impossible for us to know why you're getting "Waiting for device". It's a specific issue you're having, no one else.

Try to install stock ROM first using Miflash without locking bootloader. https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/how-to-install-stock-rom.74017/post-734380
After successfully installing and booting stock ROM, install xiaomi.eu ROM.

This is the case with me too (Xiaomi 15 Ultra) "Waiting for device" and I just want to update it. It worked until now but now it doesn't. As far as I know, there is no TWRP for this yet.

The new 2.0.6.0 VNRCNXM update has been released in China ( Redmi note 13 Pro 5G) , but unfortunately, the update ROM for Garnet is still not available. Waiting patiently for it to be uploaded

KernelSU by patching boot.img with the app, then flashed with fastboot.

There are no caches that need to be cleared, and it has never been in the instructions.

Via TWRP normally.


Settings -> Additional settings -> Gesture shortcuts -> Launch digital assistant...

Got my 12s to update, I turned off "app lock pro" and "greenify" from auto starting, restarted and then flashed... All worked fine. Thanks

Currently running an older A14 based build. Also seem to have TWRP loaded on the device

If I install this final HyperOS2 via Fastboot, will I be able to rid of the TWRP? (I want to remove TWRP but don't know how)

Don't worry yourself with meaningless details. The way we pack the ROMs doesn't preserve modification date.

I checked everything but the problem is not solved PC does not see connected device. - check cable and ports - check functionality of drivers in PC - try connecting via USB _ 2.0 or HUB - try disconnecting device > restart fastboot > connect to PC

Hi, I have a Xiaomi 14 with the latest stable version. I noticed that the zoom feature has literally disappeared from the camera — I can only zoom by using the pinch-to-zoom gesture on the screen. I tried clearing the camera app data, but the issue persists.

All requirements to see this setting are met.
You can try to log with this command:

adb logcat -s MainlineModuleControl

Do that while accessing the "Security status" screen.
