Requirements:
  • Your device's bootloader must be unlocked.
Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - first_install_with_data_format - with data wipe, if you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time or downgrading.
    - update_rom - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • Done!
Installing with TWRP:
(TWRP must be installed with Fastboot mode)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Reboot to TWRP
  • If installing for the first time or downgrading: Wipe -> Format Data
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Install -> Select the ROM zip file
  • Reboot to system
  • Done!
Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
  • Done!

Thanks for this release. Installed on my Fuxi 13, french language, install OK and working great so far, including lock screen (which crashed in 2 last weeklies).
 
I don't see option manage plug-in to download AI editor

Downloading nice and fast again.
Detect gaze seems to be working properly now.
Moon super wallpaper still not working with screen saver;
Mi Wallpaper Carousel is crashing; and I still cannot find where it is in the Settings menu (I get it from the Search)

Fastboot recognizes the device on all USB and the cable is the original. Downloaded twice and the same both times.(Xiaomi 12 Pro)
Edit : The size of the rom is 5.3 GB and it only downloads 4.9 GB.
 
I downloaded version 24.5.13 for xiaomi 14 houji, when I try to install I restart in twrp and it asks me for the password for the decryption of the data partition, I enter it but it continues to ask for the password, any solution?

It has been said many times that TWRP for the Xiaomi 14 series cannot decrypt data storage.
If you want to update in TWRP you have to use OTG-USB.
You can also update via fastboot using a PC.
