Requirements:
  • Your device's bootloader must be unlocked.
Installing with Fastboot:
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Extract the ROM zip to a new folder
  • Power off your device
  • Boot your device in Fastboot mode (Hold volume down + power buttons)
  • Connect to PC via USB cable
  • Run one of the installation scripts (according to your PC operating system):
    - first_install_with_data_format - with data wipe, if you're flashing Xiaomi.eu ROM for the first time or downgrading.
    - update_rom - without data wipe, if you're updating from an older Xiaomi.eu ROM.
  • Done!
Installing with TWRP:
(TWRP must be installed with Fastboot mode)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Reboot to TWRP
  • If installing for the first time or downgrading: Wipe -> Format Data
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Install -> Select the ROM zip file
  • Reboot to system
  • Done!
Updating via Updater app:
(A Xiaomi.eu ROM and TWRP must already be installed on your device)
  • Download Xiaomi.eu ROM zip file
  • Copy the ROM zip file to the internal storage
  • Updater -> Menu (...) -> Select update package
  • Select the ROM zip file
  • Confirm any dialogs
  • Done!

I read on some sites that Turkish patches can be made via Magisk. Can you add it internally? Kind regards

I am not sure of the meaning of the question, but if you want them to force everybody to be rooted, or to include unspecified language specific patches to the ROM, the answer is probably no.

If you want better translations, my understanding is you (or someone else) need to provide and manage a translation repository.

I want to help as Thai translator

This custom rom is great but the only problem is language. Some part of the UI appear Chinese or English text not Thai. I want to help with Thai translation because I am Thai and speak Thai as main language and also speak English (eg.This part of UI is missing Thai language)

Hello guys, Xiaomi 13.
Why do I see the Mail app in English and not in Italian in the last two weekly ROMs?
The Mail App up to ROM version 24.3.4 was in Italian... and now I see it in English
Is it simply that a new version of the App has been introduced and it hasn't been translated yet?
 
From the land of Mondriaan; Installation (TWRP) went ok, but after flashing the magisk_patched boot img we got a boot loop.

1 - Flash rom xx.18 with twrp ...
2 - rebot
3 - install magisk.apk - 27 version - then copy *.apk to *.zip and leave that zip on your download folder or similar
4 - flash magisk.zip with twrp
5 - rebot
6 - open magisk aplication - folow the recomend install metod ...
7 - done ...

On my Mondrian I still cannot use Augmented Reality (tested in Maps and Depth Lab)

Still having issues with brightness slider not working as it should on Xiaomi 14 ROM 24.3.18. appreciate all the work though, thanks.
