Xiaomi 5x In Italy

Good morning
I am an Italian user who lives in Italy.
I would like to buy a Xiaomi 5X but first I would like to know if it is usable in Italy and in Italian. Is there a guide to configure it without running the risk of a brick?

Hi Alessandro, I'm an Italian Mi5X user.
I have bought it on September, the user experience goes well, i don't have problem with Vodafone and 3. As probably you know in Mi5X there isn't band 20 (800Mhz). You can see some differences in 4G when you are inside buildings, sometimes you cannot receive 4G signal. Outside no problem.
You can find a lot of guide about to install Italian ROM (xiaomi.eu, MIUI.it). I've used the guide on on grossoshop blog.
There is Xiaomi A1 (same he of Mi5X + band 20 and Android 8 stock with Italian just installed)

If you want try miui experience I would wait Xiaomi redmi note 5 pro (updated hw, Snapdragon 636 18:9 ratio and Android 8)
Or there is redmi 5 plus with same hw of 5X but 18:9 ratio 6inc display
