The reason for all of the errors when trying to clear the Dalvik/cache is because your system is not decrypted. You are using the safe and 'new' TWRP which does not decrypt. If you have not already done so, try a reboot. See how it goes.

Restart not helped.

Am I using a good version trwp?

Or would you describe step by step what I can do?
Thank you!

The last sentence reads:
"While you can sideload the APK on your Xiaomi MIUI 12 device to get the feature toggle surfaced, note that it may not actually work. If everything goes well, you can expect to see the feature reach your device on a stable MIUI 12 update."

Maybe that explains why you can't see it

It all works fine on my Mi 10 (umi).
When you updated, did you clear Dalvik & Cache, and delete (root)/data/system/package_cache folder?
[Edit: and sometimes restarting it again after updating can help.]
i did it but same result

You are currently using the recommended version of TWRP, that was included in last week's ROM.
The way I am going to explain is really for advanced users, and involves passing files from your PC to your phone. This is the way that I do it for myself, and I know that it works for me and with my Mi 10 (umi).

You need to have adb and fastboot drivers installed. If you do not, here is where you can find out about it, and get the necessary files.
The version of TWRP that I have been using is 3.4.2b-0623, which you can get from here, and put it in the same folder where fastboot is installed.
You need to have the version of ROM that you are going to install, already on your phone.
Boot your phone into Fastboot, and connect it to your PC.
Open a DOS command box from that folder and issue the command: fastboot boot TWRP_umi.img
Your phone will eventually boot into this version of TWRP, where you will eventually be able to put in your pattern in order to decrypt.
Install the ROM. Wipe Dalvik and Cache, and delete the (root)/data/system/packet_cache folder.
Reboot back into the system. Sometimes it helps to reboot a second time.

Providing there are no real pre-existing problems, that should install the ROM correctly.

Download this twrp .. https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=8889791610682877442
Put file img in adb folder , enter fastboot and connect usb ..
Open a cmd and type ..
fastboot boot twrp_umi.img ( wait over a second until twrp loads , don't worry about blackscreen , just wait )

Do not type nothing else , not flash not anything just this , it needs almost 70 seconds to load the twrp ..
Install rom again and wipe cache and dalvik when installation finish ..

If you don't mind could you refer me to the particular latest launcher you flashed so I can try it with my RN8. The one I just flashed doesn't seem to work. Thanks
I already told you again and again that the new Recents and FSG are disabled for Redmi Note 8, both in framework and the launcher. It doesn't matter how many launchers you try to flash, it won't work unless all device checks are manually patched...

That explains it. Thanks man

No, that doesn't. And it won't just appear on a Stable update for no reason, Xiaomi disabled it on purpose, there are explicit checks for low-RAM devices.

I wonder if it is a pre-existing problem carried over. It is not a bug that shows up on my Mi 10 (umi).
You may want to try going through the installation process again, wiping the Dalvik and Cache, and deleting the (root)/data/system/packet_cache folder; boot back into the system, and then try rebooting again.

What does Android version has to do with a launcher feature? I flashed the latest launcher on Mi 8 (Weekly 20.9.4 Android 10), and the new Recents (including Horizontal and Vertical layouts) works perfectly, along with the new full-screen gestures. So please, if you don't know what you're talking about, better keep it shut and don't spread misinformation, and definitely don't try to argue with me.

Mi 10T Pro doesn't have a Weekly ROM, it's a Global-exclusive device.

Use the default launcher...
Ok Igor why did I see some other developer saying that it's because of android version? And also why so toxic I weren't even arguing with you lol?

@ingbrzy

Hi guys.
I have a poco f2 pro and i upgraded to the Last weekly, but some how, i lost my old and New twrp.
If try to boot in twrp, it freezes in poco Logo. I tried to install twrp Through adb and it gives me error. I also tried to boot through adb and it also gives error. The only way to recover the system is through miui recovery (3 buttons at the same time). Any suggestion?

If it yes, Use Mi Flash and Flash Stock rom (look on YouTube how to use it)
