I honestly hope the devs look into the ram usage and battery life of this rom, its absolutely horrible on Note 7

I think it's okay. In the end it will be 6-8 hours within 2 days of normal use. (no flight mode, gps and bluetooth used partially)
I've never achieved something like 10h+ in normal day's usage on any ROM.
Please do a clean install before complaining about those things. They are solved after doing a clean install using format data and wipe cache/dalvik.

you probably have cloned apps.Android auto doesn't work. Red screen appears. Gives security error. How can I fix this

GPS quick codes basically. You can check your prepaid credit for example.
Nothing too important for most people.
But as others said, it will be fixed in next build.
Mind sharing your SoT please? Also I haven't had issues with dirty flashing Xiaomi.eu Beta builds before, because a clean flash every single time is really hectic
I don't like losing data every week either, but I have noticed that it's necessary sometimes
.. since xiaomi.eu skips several daily Chinese builds it's fair to say that issues might arise in upgrading using dirty flash
My sot is 2h30min 34%
But I feel it's much better than 20.5.13 which kept randomly restarting my phone and had serious lags (even with animations set to 0.5)

I am sorry to answer, but i am on global stable 11.0.4.0 and i am accepted for tester miui 12 stable. But i have same freezing problem with viber, whatsapp i dont use often.
That's not a good SoT, my average SoT before this was 8hrs+ from 100%-10%, daily.. Anyways I'm glad u feel u are getting an improved SoT from your previous experience.. But for most of us, improvements can be made

Are you using MIUI global stable or xiaomi.eu stable? I suggest you use Xiaomi.eu MIUI 11. It was trouble free when I was on Mi5s plus.
Did you do a clean flash? Or dirty flash/OTA without format data?

Guys this weekly build movevery smoother but if i play a game , and some notification appear it lags as hell , and battery drain super fast mi 9 here !!!

My phone is the Mi 8Lite, and I will leave my brief report here.
I installed MIUI 12 when the first beta version came out, and since then I'm only installing the dirty version, one on top of the other. What I've noticed since:
- Battery: many complain about the battery right after updating, either clean or dirty. The problem with the battery draining quickly after installation / update is due to the fact that Android 10 adapts to use, so wait a day or two, and it will be much better.
- Bugs: even when performing OTA (dirty) installations, corrections are applied correctly
- GPS: I had no problem with gps.
- Performance: shortly after installation, small gaps appear, but soon after using them frequently they disappear.
That's my experience with this wonderful MIUI 12, and the developers of Xiaomi.eu are to be congratulated for the portability of the Chinese version. My Mi 8 Lite gained more survival time, even being desired by many friends of mine who test the device.
