Then it's worth a try :)
unfortunately phone is keep going back to twrp after booting screen, what do i have to do now? Was making factory reset after flashing back 12.0.6 stable
Is it because 12.0.6 stable is based on android 10 and this release is on android 11? Same thing with previous releases now :/

Twrp > wipe > format data
And type yes

Is this some kind of a glitch in the thread? Lol, how did geoorg intergrated my post, but my post was sent afterwards? And did I quote geoorg's post instead of the guy who had the problem? I probably caused by replying while a new message was posted by somebody else or something. (Confusion)
Btw well done @ wowmexiaomi for using signal.

I simply copied your post and updated to mine when i saw you replied to me instead of @wowmexiaomi

Hm, what about reinstalling signal and telegram (after deleting their data and resetting any permisions)?
Also, do the rest of the apps have notifications with vibration?

non-variable font dosnt work on redmi note 7 (as asked my friend)

Well I do no think there should be any difference between the two sceenshots. The button was added as I understand it to allow third party apps to use their own fonts. The test should be: after turning the option off and restarting whether Spotify has its own font for example.

Yes, I know, nothing changed. Screens before and after
You weren't hoping to see Milan Pro font magically appear, were you? ;)

To see if it works, check if apps like spotify...etc use their own fonts instead of default system font

I guess I'll try that first, i think I'll end up having to wipe and and reflash, the only time the phone vibrates now is activating silent mode, all my apps vibrated for notifications and then immediately after updating to the first 12.5 they all stopped, i was hoping an update would bring it back so I just waited but it seems to be just my issue.

Speaking of fonts, there is an issue..
When the developers forced the system wide fonts to fix the thick letters appearing on some apps (I think system apps), ~prevented apps from using their fonts. Now this update added a toggle (vwry nice idea, gives some freedom). Removing the system wide fonts though, brings back the old issue with the thick letters. And it seems like you can't change the thickness of the letters but only theur size. I should probably report this in the bug section too sometime. Also it might be a good idea to let @Igor Eisberg know too (with the @mention). (I've actually left the toggle on forcing system wide fonts.)

Still feels sluggish (lag) on my mi 9t pro.
Some animations are having a hard time appearing. Some apps have troubles starting up and if they manage to run they work potato.

I have installed the completely from the scratch. Greetings

I would also like to know why charging my phone now is longer?
On weekly 21.1.13 - 21.1.20, my phone still charge fast (40 min for 20% -100%).
But then came 21.1.28, my phone charge slower (1hour to 1.5 hour 20% - 100%).
And after updating to 21.2.3/4, its even worse (1hour and 30 mins to 2 hours 20%-100%)
I've switch to latest stable eu rom and my device charge faster. So I think this has something to do with the rom not with the charger

Anyone with problems with charging on Mi9? It seems that when I use my Baseus 65W USB-C Charger, it stops charging after a while, when below 60%.
Other USB-C chargers works fine.

At first I thought it was an issue with my charger, but other phones work fine (Redmi K20, iPhone X), charging quickly without issues.
With the help of a USB-C meter, I can see that the phone is REFUSING to charge after a while, evidenced by the fact that USB-C doesn't supply power when nothing is requesting it (there's no power on the cable when not plugged to anything), and when the charge stops, the meter registers 9V 0A, which means there's no draw, but the charger is still on, knowing there's a device on the other end of the cable.

Downgrading to Android 10 fixes it on my Mi9. Charging with the phone turned off also fixes it.

And, on the matter of "turned off", it seems that whenever my phone boots, it locks up, and after a while, it soft reboots and works fine.
However battery life is horrible (~1:30h screen on time), and there's a "logd" service eating the battery up, right below the "Screen on", on battery report.

Battery goes down quickly, and charging is messed up. You can imagine how's my experience, currently lol

What can I do to get those logs? Either from charging, or the lock up right after the first boot?

Removing the system wide fonts though, brings back the old issue with the thick letters.
Yes. This is not a bug. "miui-bold" font is used across the menus. You may want to complain to Xiaomi...

And it seems like you can't change the thickness of the letters but only theur size. I should probably report this in the bug section too sometime.
You turned off system-wide variable font and still expect to be able to change the font weight? It's contradictory. No variable font = no font weight.
If you expect the toggle to only disable the system variable font in third-party apps while keep variable fonts for system apps, that's not possible with how Xiaomi designed their fonts engine.

Haha, I kinda thought it may work... but yeah, I remember the issue xiaomi caused, at least you've found some workarounds. :emoji_thumbsup: :emoji_thumbsup:

It's possible to add trusted bluetooth device? sorry myT9

Uh, if that's what you really meant, I am able to pair my ticwatch and have it connected at all times through bluetooth. Same with my earbuds, car bluetooth and my headphones. They're all added as trusted bluetooth devices, and will connect as soon as they're available without issues
