I am currently on stable MIUI 13 in my Mi 11. Can I just use update script for flashing weekly MIUI 13? Or do I need to format data?

If you are on stable MIUI 13 from Xiaomi.Eu , you can update without format data !
If it's another rom , you'll need to format.

New control center and widgets are not included by Xiaomi in rom itself

New widgets are optimised ,especially , for chinese apps and I don't think we'll see them globally very soon.

Yes , I noticed that this problem reapears in last weekly !
Refresh your contacts in whatsapp , and you'll be ok. After I had to refresh few times a day for a couple of days , now I don't need anymore.

Does anybody know a workaround to login into the DIGITALES AMT even when i have the bootloader unlock. i have bootloader unlock and i can not login into that APP which i would need ....

I cannot test since I'm not Austrian Only thing I see it's working for me before login. I assume you are not rooted and this happens when you try to login?

I had this problem too. Tried refreshing multiple times. At the end the solution for me was to change "read your contacts" permission from "while using the app" to "always allow"

Same for me....once I hit the login button...:-( Not rooted, just unlocked bootloader....

Luckily all my apps work incl. misc German banking apps, ***** wallets, credit card apps, vaccination app....
