Ok I got it. The version mark in the table is a mistake. The ROM version is 4.1.

Hating the new status bar pulldown. Previously if I quickly wanted to see what someone sent me I would slide down the status bar a little bit and I could read the message. Now I have to slide the whole thing down to actually see anything.
This is a clear case of fixing things that aren't broken and actually end up breaking it, thinking it's fixed.

Please return the previous style status bar pulldown or make it optional so people can choose the style they like.
