I have Redmi Note 3G WCDMA Global (according to cpuz: lcsh92_wet_jb9)
with JHDMIBL42.0 （V5） ROM
(from http://en.miui.com/download-218.html)
that I would like to upgrade it to
latest dev xiaomi.eu_multi_lcsh92_wet_jb9_5.7.16_v6

However, none of the method and tutorials work, perhaps I missed something crucial.
The dev zip just won't install.
Maybe I need another base rom to upgrade to dev xiaomi.eu_multi_lcsh92_wet_jb9_5.7.16_v6 ???

Is there an upgrade path that doesn't require full wipe?

Hi all, quick question.
When I update my weekly ROM 5.7.16 through the default system updater, it automatically install it in to the second partition, I can see it after reboot.
1. Is it OK ????
2. Does it necessary to update partition one ? (I do it using default mi recovery and update.zip (what was renamed )

It then boots to recovery, checks the zip, the few seconds later comes back to recovery menu.

What do you mean correct? MD5? yes.
Weird thing, I tried again and it took longer and seemed to installed, but still the installation failed.
Got bootloop this time.This is the output of the error.

Ingbrzy, i have an issue with the miui sync. My calls recordings dont sync since 1.june.15. And I cant see any call rec on i.xiaomi.com . Do you have any idea?
