Hi, can you help me? My Redmi Note 3 Pro has been global stable ROM, I installed global developer ROM on 5.1.1 Android and I unlocked bootloader. Next, I installed TWRP, and try to install your current ROM. But now my phone isn't load, eternal load. How can I fix it?

Anyone been successful with updating mipad 1 ?
I have been getting "Failed to extract directory "system" to "/system"
I have tried a few things, still unable to get past this:
1. Tried installing the Official fastboot Miui 8 (en miui com/thread-371719-1-1.html) in the hope that it would automatically merge/extend the partition.
2. Then tried merging/extending the partition following the guide (en miui com/thread-118294-1-1.html). Again, after completing the step(s), tried flashing this build with TWRP, no joy.
Let me know what else i can try? Again thanks for the help in advance.
[Update] So after hours spent on solving this, the simple solution is to use CWM to flash #2 above, NOT TWRP]
