From twrp, just flash it right away or should wipe data first ?

Only important thing is,when you go from DEVELOPER to STABLE(not otherwise,or same rom!!!),you have to clean/format data in twrp before you flash the Stable rom!(yes you loose the apps,but can solve it with MiCloud or Mi Mover).After installing the Stable/Developer rom,you must always clean dalvik/cache!!!

If you try to install an apk do you have new miui scan? At the top in the notification panel if you change language do you have ever in English "search apps,music,video,books..."?

Updated Mi4c without any problems and it looks like it's working good.

Questions:

The zip file for twrp can be flashed directly or does it need to be unziped and only flash the .img?

Is it normal themes make the phone slower? Installed yesterday one and the phone became stupid slow.

Any performance tweaks on developer options that are interesting?

Cool, with Android 7 builds it seems possible to apply Theme fonts without any hacks, it just works. San Francisco font.
