I had same issue this morning (mi4c - 7.3.16) and I solved in this way :
- start with wifi enabled
- open Play store
- disable wifi
- start an update (using mobile data)
- stop the update (using mobile data)
- enable wifi
After this last step, all updates worked fine in wifi for me.

Let me know if this works for you too
For me, even on mobile data it shows waiting for wi-fi, I think it's bug

In a MiNotePro widgets disappeared with 7.23 and still not available on 7.30. Bluetooth still not working well with my smartwatch (contacts and calls not syncing). I tend to agree with other colleagues that 7.16 worked better.

hi , normally i update through updater. but since admin say kenzo need thru twrp, so after flash update, do i need to wipe cache dalvik as well after dirty flash?

HM3 / HMNote3PRO / HMNote3SE reboot to TWRP via buttons combination for install update
When you install weekly on top of other weekly, after flashing, wipe cache and dalvik and then reboot.
Updater app would do that for you if it worked.

SuperSu and Viper is not Coming since last 2 updates in my Redmi 2 Prime..
Doesn't know about Viper, but I have the same problem with SuperSu on Redmi 2 Prime. Successfully installed via recovery but not works at boot, when I'm installing it from local apk or PlayStore it says "no su binary installed".

Do you have system apps autostart settings?
Mi5 has got that feature, see screenshot below:

What's with battery widget? Now it doesn't show a lot of information that is needed to analyse your battery. Are you guys having the same interface? It's Mi5S.
