Google apps are installed on this rom.
If you device has locked bootloader, you need to unlock it officially.
Check first page for listed devices which have locked bootloader.

FYI to @all:

Solution after Windows 10 update brakes MTP file transfer and phone can't be recognized by the PC in transfer files USB mode.

I have had this issue and I successfully managed to fix it:

Connect phone and choose transfer files USB mode on the phone > open device manager on PC > find the MTP with ! mark and right click on it > update software device > browse on my computer for driver software > let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > choose Android Device > choose "MTP USB Device" > Done

Microsoft already assumed the problem (faulty driver) and has a solution.

Was wondering why I was not effected by this update. Updated very late in the day.

An incorrect device driver was released for Windows 10, on March 8, 2017, that affected a small group of users with connected phones or portable devices. After installation, these devices are not detected properly by Windows 10, but are affected in no other way.

We removed the driver from Windows Update the same day, but if the driver had already installed, you may still be having this issue.

Yes but know that your bootloader will be locked. So you 'll have to unlock it first and then flash TWRP for Android 7.0 and SuperSu

Hello.
Im using MI5 with this last firmware.
Since upgraded to Android 7, the ring tones stopped to work.
I reboot, and if someone calls me it rings. After few minutes i get no sound...
Can someone help me?

I'm aware of bootloader lock, but I wonder if the installation will be good enough for daily use, without further bothering with new twrps and future weeklys...

Acording to Microsoft, that solution may not result after a reboot. It's needed to do some extra steps, to prevent windows from re-install de faulty driver.
As i've posted before, the solution, according to Microsoft, is:

I just know my steps worked for me and also worked for many other users who had the same issue after Win10 update broke MTP File Transfer...

I didn't meant to say either solution was 'the best'. I just meant that Microsoft reported that preventing re-installation of the faulty driver was needed.
It worked for me, and i'm glad that the solution you proposed workd for you and many others.
I was just trying to help a user seeking for help, and did not want, in any moment, to be the owner of truth neither to be better than any other user. I hope that either you or any other user to be upset.
Glad that both of us could offer help!
Cheers
