My Mi4C is in the MIUI version 8.3 | 7.2.16. What procedure to install the current one? Do I have to unlock the bootloader?

If you did not unlock bootloader after first install of Android 7 you must unlock bootloader.

Or try this weekly rom... I always install weekly´s roms.
Have you tried the last stable? Do you recomend me ? or just go for the last weekly

Mi Note Pro working fine with this Rom.
No Google Play issues, no unexpected crashes or reboots so far.
Battery life is average.

Miui account Can NOT sync sms and call history which is a common problem.

hi..same with me i can't sync call log and messages.
maybe this is bug in this version (i do clean install).

I 've installed in nikel (Redmi Note 4) the stable rom (8.2.2 xiaomi.eu) but most of the times, the videos in facebook after playing for a few seconds, it's stuck and I have to push power button to turn it off. I updated to 7.4.14 (xiaomi.eu developer rom) but the problem still persists. Any solution?

Which version you had before you flashed Nougat ?

Confirmed the solution works but only need to do enable all permission to Xiaomi SIM Activate Service and Mi Cloud and after that sync will work for both messages and call history...other steps are unnecessary...so the key step is permission needed for Xiaomi SIM Activate Service too, not only for Mi Cloud...Great anyway!
