on redmi note 4 mido I confirm also the issue in 8.10.25 that LTE does not reconnects sometimes (after network loss). lte seems on but data xfer remains at zero.
reconnection works almost instantly putting on/off for airplane mode.

Yes, you are correct in that you didn't threaten anyone and not sure why @myfluxi said that you did. Putting that aside, your tone is demanding and have the "entitled" attitude in your opinions.

For starters, this is a "BETA" firmware which is bound to have several bugs. Some of these are introduced by the Chinese brethren and we have to wait for them to fix it. Last time I checked, no one put a gun to anyone's head and asked them to flash EU ROM.

After all, the xiaomi.eu folks are doing it for free, as in F-R-E-E. And, I don't even see any ads on this site and not sure how/where they even get the money to operate and produce a much cleaner MIUI ROM. Kudos to them!

A gentle advice: Next time when you or me or anyone else post a bug, we have tone it down and request it. Or else, we might not get anything and be stuck with whatever our Chinese brethren throw at us. Is that what we want? Don't think so!

PS: I am on 8.10.25 and loving it and my device is MI 8. I tried the global/EU stable, Havoc, Lineage, etc and finally ended up with this ROM. After removing/freezing few MI apps (launcher, browser, mail, account, weather, etc.) and use Nova with Prime, MI 8 is performing much better and battery life is awesome. Couldn't be any more happier. There are few minor bugs (automatic brightness is the only real bug as far as I am concerned) but that is not a show stopper for me.

Probably you checked to clean the persist.img also, when you did the clean installation... I've did this too once and check to clean the persist.img accidentaly... You need to reflash persist.img again... In Google and YouTube has a lot of tutorials describing how to do... This is a process that you need to put your device in edl mode... Works for me...

So for me the app icons are showing up without installing any additional mod. Also I doubt that this release comes with any third party mods to enable certain functionality. If you're into taking photos consider grabbing the Mi8.

Thanks for all your work xiaomi.eu team. 8.10.25 gives me the most consistent performance of ALL Xiaomi roms so far. Been on LOS 15, 16, PIxel rom and Havoc. No battery drain, GPS working, notification icons... Apart from the missing google assistant support (which is not your fault) I'm enjoying every day with this release. I think 90% of the mentioned issues, at least for the Mi8, originates from wrong installation, dirty flashes and wrong firmware. Thanks guys!

What TWRP version is needed to install the stable version on MI 5S?
I have TWRP 3.2.3-0 capricorn and i tried several times to flash this rom but it is stuck on 99% (see the attached images).
I did wiped cahe/dalvik/data/system and formatted data before install but it won't install 100%.
What i am doing wrong? Should i wipe the internal storage too, before copy the rom and flash it? If i wipe the internal storage it will wipe TWRP also?

On Mi8 i just clean flashed latest rom and noticed in developer settings that 320 dpi made my display too big , so i changed it to 340 and it is much better now.
Also, Rhodium theme is no longer available so i had to pick a new theme.
There is a noticeable difference in my phone now after clean flash , since i have dirty flashed for 3 or 4 times as of late and the old system was still stuck.
Addendum:
I did not format data but i did wipe everything except internal storage.

I'm always updating to new version (using Mi Max 3 64GB), but for now I always had issues with the folloing stuff:

Most hated bugs for now:

- Bluetooth stop working (need reboot)
- Mobiledata stop working (no internet) need reboot -
- Phone did reboot without user action

that happend on all version I installed, I think I started with 8.9.6

Not sure if I'm doning some wrong but I follow install guid on the first page. Not sure how to share log I would if that helps solve this issues.


BUT since this version batterie drain is WAY better than before , I can hit 2 and 1/2 Days or even more oO
