Mi8Pro: Just unlocked, installed twrp and flashed. First boot now over 15minutes and still not finished. How long to wait or what to do?
 
Will this update erease my data?(Bootloader is open).And if yes,how can i clone my data and where?

If this is the first time to flash the xiaomi.eu ROM, then you need to "FORMAT" (with the typed confirmation of "yes") to remove the encryption - this will wipe everything from the device, then you need to re-install everything, including the xiaomi.eu ROM .zip file.

You only need to do this for the first-time installation, not every time you update the ROM (there may be occasional requirements, such as change of Android base version, etc)

how do i get the rom copied to the device after formating?

€: enabled MTP in "Mount" Menu and now i can put the rom into internal storage... flashing now second time

anyone with mi max 3 can check if this update has an option to record internal audio with the built in screenrecorder
im on xiaomi.eu. 8.11.15 and dont have the internal audio option , only mute and mic

You have to try out which channels work for all your devices, set those in your routers, and thus cannot use the adaptive settings in your routers, as some devices will randomly not be able to connect.

It's all very ridiculous, imho, and makes you want to flash a previous version and stay with that.

My Max1 Prime helium will randomly pick a 5GHz channel for the hotspot that my Mix1 lithium cannot see.

If I toggle the hotspot off and on, it may pick a channel that the Mix1 can see.

Both now on EU 8.12.27, just checked.
No other problems have appeared so far.
 
I finally unlocked my Mi 8 yesterday. I easily flashed TWRP and the current xiaomi.eu without root. The installation was unusually slow. Nevertheless, the system booted clean. The first setup ran smoothly. Only the Google contacts were not synced right away. I triggered the synchronization again, then it worked. The system runs extremely fast and without jerks. The Play Store is certified and Google Pay works. The synchronization in the background of various apps works perfectly up to now.

Then use an old build and stay on it. We didn't put those restrictions to begin with. Send a "thank you" card to your dear EU, who put the indoors restriction on most 5GHz channels in the first place. The GB region is used because it has all of the channels supported by the EU, plus some extra channels available in the GB that were blocked in the rest of EU.

When will you fix the echo on incoming calls (hear yourself), put FirmWare 8.10.25 and the echo disappears, but the latest updates Xiaomi.EU 8.12.27 now the camera correctly... How frivolous!!! Phone xiaomi mi mix 2S

Dear Igor,

I am having the following problem but I don't know how to run the error report.

On Mi8EE USB Type-C is not charging or collecting on both side only one side is working when I turn on the phone. Could any body check is it happen to all other model?

Then ask UC Browser developers to fix it. When every other browser (except this one) work, it means that the problem is the browser, not the ROM.

Not our issue. We have a Mi MIX 2S tester and he doesn't have those issues.
 
Olá bom dia,
Desde a última atualização no dia 07/12 meu desbloqueio facial não funciona e sempre atualizo pra nova versão e ele continua sem funcionar, o que devo fazer ?
Meu celular é Mi 8 Explorer Editions.
 
How do i change order of homescreens? I don't get it to work with 3 finger pinch. No menu coming up. Please help
