I cant install it on my mi 8se
steps:
0) phone is unlocked
1) install last official weekly build from fastboot
2) instal twrp from here
3) boot into twrp, allow system modifications
4) factory reset (wipe)
5) install last .eu build
6) reboot
Result is endless boot (more than 30-40 minutes)

First boot takes about 15-20 minutes because you made factory reset so all partition must rebuild and that takes time

official firmware is ready after 5 minutes from fastboot clean install

Did you format data in TWRP? The one where you have to type 'yes' to confirm? If not, that's probably the problem.
After this you need to reboot recovery, copy the rom to the phone again since your full internal memory is wiped and install again.
