Based on the latest changelog re: 8.8.2, They aren´t fixing anything of major importance, so the update is useless for most users.
The only problem is the addicts who need to flash something can´t get their FIX fast enough this week.
I would be happier to see some real fixes, such as bluetooth turning off randomly and the gps problem which i am not sure if it is completely fixed.

Strava has been added to games acceleration list - is there a way to remove app from that list? I suppose it could be a reason of huge delays when I've tried to unlock phone during training.
Another problem is with Signal app notification - there is no icon on status bar. Notification sound and LED working properly.

NO, they are very different. For example, vince is Oreo two weeks ago at global developer but only Nougat at xiaomi.eu...

For me personally I'm really excited about the adjustments to notifications, specifically that you can expand them the way stock Android works.

Just wanted to make sure I'm not going to brick my phone if I update like always. I usually go to Updater -> choose package -> click the zip and let it update....

If you are coming from a global stable/beta roms then you want to update on this build, then you need to do a clean flash. After that, flash this eu rom (latest). If you are on eu roms, then you just simply flash the update without wipe

I have the eu developer ROM from this site for nearly 3 years since I first got my MI4. I'm just gonna wipe cache and update then. THANK YOU FOR REPLYING!!!

Reporting error with camera on xiaomi mi 8. When active flash take first photo ok, the second photo flash turn on and doesnt turn off. It keeps on and no photo taken.
