Hello, help regarding Redmi Note 5 Pro (whyred).
- If I install the version of Magisk 18.1 it simply does not root
- If I install the version 19.0, a couple of seconds after booting, the phone reboots.
Do you have the same issue ? Thanks.

First time i'm upgrading between versions.
Question:
I can use update inside system or should i update in TWRP?

Have I to format data to install the last stable?

The same. I install stable, beta, canary - nothing work. Mix2s. Someone has simillar problem?

I've got same issues with magisk 19.
I removed all modules (using mm command module, which is still in sdcard), flashed magisk, booted, then installed modules again and now it's working.

No but the battery drain is disgusting...

Battery drain has been bad for several weeks now, mi8, barely last until evening.

Seems xiaomi don't want to address it either.

You know it's bad when friends with iPhone start to mock your android

Redmi note 6 pro. No problem so far. Better battery backup and more responsive with this version. Great rom.

Not sure if all users experience that huge drain, but i think we need to be louder on eu.miui.com forum
