Flashed 2 times 9.8.10 on Mi9, Rom Works Well but some 3rd party apps are not working (my bank app and Samsung wear for my gear S3, but it's maybe because they don't support Android Q yet) but Both times I noticed the same, signed to google account and can't restore from cloud during setup wizard (full wipe both times) , back to 9.8.1 and no issue with restore and my apps. I Will have to wait at least until Samsung will support gear S3

Hi,
What about the issue with Mi6 and work profile, that causes android.process.media to FC, because security app was not copied to the work profile, like in the past...

After 2 hours of apn settings messing (o2 Germany) I finally got mobile data running.
So far it's a great rom.

Update on Monday Mi Note 3, just amazing, thank you for this release.

Hello, don't you have problem with hotspot / WiFi ?
Since I updated my Mi Note 3 (jason) from stable ROM (Android O) to dev version (Android P), I have problem with hotspot and WiFi. I guess I installed 9.7.4 version first, since then I am waiting if an update helps me, but so far, it did not.
Hotspot does not work at all, when I try to turn it on, it says error. WiFi is working strange. When I turn the phone on, the WiFi works - it connects to known network, and works without problem. But when I turn it manually off, I can not turn it back on, just nothing happens. After restart, as I said, the WiFi is on, and it connects to known network.
I uploaded a screen video to see how it looks like:

Installed for Mi9 successfully over a dirty flash, everything seems to be fine except Magisk. When I flash Magisk v19.3 via TWRP (which also works fine, LR. Team version), the phone boots, stays on for a brief moment and reboots to recovery. Any fix?

4. Browse to /data/system
5. Delete the "package_cache" folder.
Please help. I can't see the folder names. All is encrypted in the file manager.

I'm in the same boat. I guess we either need to wait for a version of TWRP that can decrypt Q or do a clean install. I'm going to try and hold out for a few days for TWRP that can decrypt. As far as I can see, I just can't get to Settings, everything else seems to work. 9.8.8 worked fine on my MI9 all weekend. I just saw 9.8.10 today and decided to go for it. I really wish I hadn't set my default USB mode to be file transfer, then I could have potentially used adb shell to remove package_cache folder or at least created a logcat to better know what's going on.

I have several mistakes found .... Mainly in the Stock Chamber Stock of Redmi Note 7 ... I do not get the 48M mode, night mode, watermark on the photos ... There will be a solution! ???

before it reboots clear all the modules from magisk and then reboot and install your modules again
