advice on installing a ROM from Xiaomi.eu

Hi, I jut bought a Xiaomi note 7, the 4 gb version and while I am happy with it, I find the UI jerky at times. Navigating through the settings will not be smooth but it will be struggling sometimes. It is fully updated to MIUI 11 and I wonder if installing any ROM from Xiaomi.eu will fix this. Has anybody have similar experience to what I describe above?
Please advice me. Thanks.
