Bluetooth connection problem

Hi everybody! I recently purchased a pair of JBL REFLECT MINI 2 earbuds and I am not able to connect them to my Mi10. Although the earphones are in pairing mode, they don't appear in the available Bluetooth devices list. The same happens with my Mi9. It's important to mention that there is no connectivity issue with a Galaxy S9 or friend's Huawei smartphone. Does anyone have a clue how to solve this? Thanks in advance!

Try the reset Bluetooth option in settings

(option is in the bottom which reset Bluetooth Wi-Fi etc)

I have 2 bluetooth earphones (lenovo and zealot bt v5), both officially support AAC but when i connect it to Mi 10 it show only SBC...solution?

Already tried this but it's not working.

I've never had this kind of issue with Bluetooth devices. Make sure it is in appairing process. If you don't see them in Bluetooth device list check the hidden device menu of Bluetooth settings

No, i just connect them to my one and only mobile when i listen spotify! I have another one pair of earphones (xiaomi) and when i connect this one they show AAC! WEIRD ?

I meant to say :
(make device in in appearing mode)
Go to settings, Bluetooth, "Rarely used devices" (or anything that means this, my phone is in French I don't know how they went for the name in english).
