this twrp crap is so anoying.

can't mount this, can't mount that, error on flash etc.
i don't want to remove my pin or i'll have to reset my entire payment system (coupled with wear os and certain credit cards), verify, etc.
flash with usb-otg, startet > cannot mount system. -.-

is there no way to build a fastboot image from the twrp image?

thanks

Dude, I have a Mi 11 Ultra as well, not sure what you are referring to with issues. cxan you explain in better detail so someone can help.

You should not have to remove the pin. Maybe you have an older TWRP?

As for the second question after there is a working TWRP, they (xiaomi.eu) usually doesn't go back to fastboot.

problem solved, you need a "special" twrp version i get from someone of this forum.
the official one is not supported.

reboot into recovery (TWRP) and install the ROM
reboot into recovery (TWRP) and install the ROM
repeat until you succeed.

quote @katerpanne
-> while you are in TWRP reboot your device in recovery mode
-> try to install the rom again
-> if it will fail, reboot in recovery again
-> or use "fastboot boot twrp.img" again
-> sometimes you need more then one try
-> if it will not work choose another twrp version
