Cannot connect to PC [Flash ROM miui 12.5 with miflash]

i have download ADB driver and connect my phone to my PC but it doesn't show that anything is connect, my bro told that i should install Mi 9 se driver, what should I do? Is my cable not xiaomi's? I decided to download qualcomm usb drivers online, is this right? If yes then what should I choose? And is anything else i need to do?
