Confusion About Updates

Hi,
I recently switched to Android with the Mi5 and I did not understand how updates work in Miui.
I've unlocked the bootloader and flashed this rom (I think it's called "xiaomi.eu gemini").



Questions:
Should I update something?
What is v.6.5.7 of Miui 7.4?
How stable is Miui 8 Beta?
How can I install updates (if necessary)?
Differences between weekly and stable?

So right now I have a weekly rom published in May 7th, 2016 (v. 6.5.7).
I should update to this:


So I download it, put it in my device and flash it via the Updater app. Right?
Will this process delete any data?

First of all I am assuming your bootloader is unlocked... and also you have a custom recovery installed...if yes to those questions yes you can install via the Updater App...If your bootloader isn't...

Unlocked bootloader and TWRP recovery.
Updated with no problem.
What about Mi pcsuite?

Do I have to do wipe data in order to install the stable rom? I have the weekly one right now.

Mi PC Suite ? Not working ? Try to upgrade to a newer version..

Factory reset should be sufficient.....

So I'll lose everything (data, app) anyway. Of course I'm using Mi cloud to backup

I've flashed the stable rom but still Mi Pc Suite doesn't see my Mi5. Any suggestion?
