Default Gingerbread keyboard isn't predicting words.

Hey guys. I don't know if this is happening to anyone else but ever since 1.4.1, my keyboard hasn't been predicting words and it's really annoying. I've check the keyboard settings, set the input language to English, done everything and it still doesn't work. The only thing that comes up when I type are names from my contact book. Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Do you have "Show Suggestions" enabled?

I had the same problem, followed this fix from the xda forum and it's working again now.
