Error setting up active Google Wallet account

Hello, Would it be possible to configure the active Google wallet account via ADB command line? I have hyperos 1.0.16.0UMACNXM installed and via interface it does not work.

I have already logged out and logged in to my Gmail account and it still doesn't work.

Choose Google Play Services and allow

This option does not appear in the Privacy > SMS menu. Is there another way?

You are in the wrong place.
settings > privacy > permission manager > SMS > Google Play Services > enable https://streamable.com/tjvtzg
