How to change default Chinese search engine on Redmi note 11 pro Chinese Rom

I managed to pretty much customise my phone the way I like it, however, I am struggling with the search bar on the home screen. When you try to search on it, is all in Chinese of course. As you will see in the pictures, if I press on the three dots of the search bar and go to settings, I only get two search engine options, both Chinese. Has anyone been faced with this challenge earlier and successfully solved it? If not, can this search bar be removed? Thanks.
