Has anyone had problems with gestures on Xiaomi 14 Pro? On firmware 2.6.0, my gestures stopped working at random moments, and the Instagram application started on the second press.

I mean, we are using an open source OS after all. If something is removed, we can bring it back.
Dozens of users are asking for the old control panel (I believe there might be hundreds or thousands that want it but too lazy to participate or write in the forums) and surely it can be brought back in one way or another.
If it can't be directly integrated in the OS itself, maybe a magisk module would do?

you can always stay on the version which you prefer.. nobody force you to install updates..
and yes, you can create magisk module for it by yourself if you need it so much..

Wow great !! Also since it was a bug with Mi Video, I did a workaround by disabling mi video and installing global media viewer which works flawlessly now !! Thanks team

There's a workaround. Read my previous comment. You can use it till next release. It's fixed in next release according to the team
I installed latest AURORA image on my phone. All is good, but I wonder if it is possible to bring back 5x7 home screen layout. Currently the options are 4x6, 4x7 and 5x9. When choosing 5x9 layout, icons become too small. Thank you to all developers for this great ROM.

In my Mi 13pro rooted that passes everything but "strong" the IO app does not let me upload documents.
I sometimes experience crashes in games. And some games won't open.

The most important thing is that our phones' battery lasts for a long time. (If there is a new update and the battery life is better, we will be happy)

Since it's a Mi Video issue, the workaround is as simple as installing Xiaomi's Media Viewer.
The next time you play a video from Gallery, it will be handled by Media Viewer instead of Mi Video.

Edit: will you be including media viewer from next patch or fixing mi video? For user experience I think media viewer does a better job than mi video. It's even lighter towards the resources than mi video.

We just fixed the issue in Mi Video.
We have no reason to include 2 apps that do the exact same thing (but Mi Video has more online features and can browse local files).
Media Viewer is another 45MB. If someone prefers Media Viewer, they can install it themselves, and even disable Mi Video if they want.

I tried to add widgets and it doesn't work. The widget button can't be clicked no matter what I try. Neither in first picture nor on 2nd. If I try to search for widgets, I get 0 results. I'm talking about "android idgets here".

Our App vault doesn't have "Popular videos" widget, so clearly you have a Global app version. Uninstall it.

My phone will lose signal when it restarts. I have to do a clean install and format to get signal back.
that you installed on Poco F6 Pro / Redmi K70? is it still having an error in interconnectivity? crashing
